I’ve been using the app for quite a while and it works really well to help me relax and improve my sleep. It’s been great to help me reset my energy too. The yearly subscription is really worth it for me. I would love it even more if I could share the subscription with my partner via Family Sharing.
It would be nice to have a few in each category wealth, health, etc where we don’t have to pay attention- as the subconscious picks up much more then what we are paying attention to a lot of times. There just isn’t enough time in the day to just sit and do multiple 30-60 minute sessions - where as when you can just do your work while listening would be great!
A great app overall, the female voice is particularly hypnotic, and the breadth of customization is excellent. I mostly use the relaxation session combined with my own recordings. While there are a lot of other suggestions to choose from, they are a bit superficial, and not getting at the root of the behaviour issues. In lieu of evidence based psychological science suggestions, adding your own recordings can partially fill that gap. However listening to your own voice or the voice of someone you know comes with emotional baggage. I have found, after a lifetime trying different therapies with limited effectiveness, that Acceptance Commitment Therapy has been the only way to really change my behaviour. And it is backed by hundreds of studies. So, I wrote my suggestions based on the principles of ACT. Then I used a separate app to do AI recordings. It is difficult to get an AI voice to simulate the delivery of the Hypnobox professional voices, so it took a lot of tweaking, and even still it’s noticeably different and lacks flow. Hopefully they can build that technology into this app at some point. Overall tho, there’s good bones in this app!
I purchased the 6 month subscription and have been using the app daily. It has helped me leaps and bounds. The sessions and the ability to curate personal sessions is such a convenient feature. My day-to-day has improved exponentially from using this app regularly. A couple areas of disappointment are as follows: only 1 session content update over the last 6 months. So I’m reluctant to commit to another 6 months to the exact same content. I have subscribed to the newsletter several times, but nothing has been sent over. I have also sent feedback with the hopes of some kind of update, but have heard nothing back. I hope there will be some updates soon. It’s a great app.
I just started 4 days ago and i like the scripts, too soon to know if it is working. I would like something for menopause: hot flashes, hormones balance, mood swings, etc. I will review again after using for longer, planning to do it everyday.
Brilliant! The only thing it needs is a text to speech editor for scripts so that you could really tailor the programs and the ability to create my own boxes for organization but overall exceptional. The variety of inductions and the library of suggestions are fantastic.

Habe mir vor Jahren die Pakete einzeln zum einmal Preis gekauft und jetzt kann ich sie nicht mehr nutzen… sind bestimmt über 300€ die verloren gegangen sind. Support möchte auch nicht helfen.
