Mindful!
Love this app. Use the many different free hypnosis sessions to sleep. I wake clear, more mindful. This app is great for all of us trying to carve time in our lives for a little bit of meditation and mindfulness.

Fantastic!! Could see a difference in anxiety and self worth after a couple of nights. Just pop it on while im sleeping at night on repeat and away i go. Really does work for me and my boyfriend.
Hope I can quit smoke with it
I am interested in this app, but the one thing I am most intereated in is its smoke quitting session. I have listened to it for about I week, now I smoke less than before, hope one day I quit smoke completely.
It Relaxed Me
Awesome app, All the hypnotherapists in this app has a calming relaxing voice and tons of brilliant advice. Their hypnosis tracks helped me find the strength of will to survive liver disease and a transplant. Thank you for developing such a great app.
Very Calming and Soothing
I downloaded this app last month after I was diagnosed with severe anxiety because nothing else was working. After 2 weeks I felt that my anxiety has reduced a lot. At the very beginning, I can calm down when I listen to it, then my calming period lasts longer and longer. You just gotta believe, no negative vibes.

Good Sleep App
I have really hard time falling asleep and staying asleep. I could lay in bed for about 3 hours before falling asleep but with this I fall asleep quickly and sleep great waking up once or not at all. Highly recommend this for anyone that has a hard time sleeping or even a hard time relaxing.
Calming and relaxing
I listen to this every night to help me shut my brain down. I'm an over thinker and rely on this app to bring me back to deep breathing when my mind wanders. Hope there will be more sessions.
