I lost access to my purchased items after the update. The app has plenty of free material though which is good. Updated: my purchases were restored after following developer’s steps mentioned in the comment.

I fall a sleep every night
The app is very soothing and comfortable the only thing is I haven’t experienced any miracles yet and That’s frustrating.
Many years of experience
I have worked with these Hypnosis tracks for many years and really appreciate Joseph’s generosity in making them so available at an affordable price. I have a nonprofit organization and the ones that have made the most difference for me are the leadership and assertiveness tracks as far as my work goes. There is so much more going on than the title of a track suggests. I have worked a lot with the healing tracks and many others. I have found them to be very powerful. I love being able to create my own tracks.
One of my most used apps
I love this app. It has a hypnosis for so so many topics. I use it for peace and health and grief relief. I use it to set the tone for the day, and to create a relaxing ending at night. I use it to reduce anxiety and stress, and to increase happiness. I use it when I wake up too early and I need to rest until it’s time to get up.

Love this app!
I love this app and the meditations. I have been using it for over two years now. I would life to suggest some 1.5-2 hour bedtime sessions. I find that 4 hour ones tend to disrupt my sleep but I do sometimes need more than 30-45 min ones for a fully relaxing sleep. Thank you so much for giving so much to choose from!! Edited to add: I would love more of a mix in custom hynosis. For example “pain management” with “Manifestation”. I have put them in my playlist, but when sleeping, then beginning of the second session always jolts me awake because the opening startles me. I would just love to add a little more of a personalized touch to them. Thank you!
Always updating and improving
I have been a subscriber since the beginning! LOVE this app!! Always has new materials and adding improvements to make the app better. Love the sleep sessions !! I’m a huge fan!!
Pretty good
I am a big fan of the app and use it almost daily. My only gripe is that I find the background music to be too loud and distracting. I really wish there was an option to turn off the background music.
Not for me…
Tried a couple of sleep sessions for trust issues and anxiety. Not sure how Joe would know that he’s tapping into the subconscious. Like can he prove it beyond theory. Was wide awake after it ended.
Flying Fear Hypnosis! Incredible (entire app amazing)
I have been listening to all of Joseph’s 4 hour sleep session hypnosis for months now. They are amazing and I started to listen to Flying Fear 7 days prior to getting on a plane, something I dread and have a terrible fear over that has gotten worse through the years. I walked into a 5 hour flight with zero fear and again 4 days later to fly home. I had NO anxiety, terrible thoughts or impending doom! I was calm, safe, and knew the only fear I had was the thoughts I created and I kept focused and remembered what Jospeh said and can now honestly say I can fly anywhere with no worries or fear. This is a miracle and works! I will continue to listen to the huge array of sessions he offers and can only highly recommend this app as it’s a life changer without a doubt. Thank you Joseph!
