Please include the remote air conditioner. Other brands, use this, i don t understand why you not integrated. Not for a long time, is ok like Skoda, only for 15 minutes. Try to fix that, wi ll be a huge step for your customers, or can you make a monthly tax for that, wherever you want, but integrate that function. Cold/heat is verry important for us!

Starting with November 9 2024, the app suddenly is not working with my Kona ev 64kwh 2020 anymore, I get errors all the time. While checking the status of the car I get a network error, but the car status is updated. While scheduling charging, I get fail and nothing works. Also the car location it’s not working anymore, nothing. I use the latest app version on iOS.

After the last iOS update the app is not opening anymore. The error message is that there is no Network Connection.

I would like to be able to change the color of the car displayed in the Home menu. I have a red Ioniq. Can you include this improvement in a future update?

very unhappy that you can’t schedule a time to preheat the car. In can start heating remotelly but I have to remember to do it every morning before I leave. Hyundai replied that you can schedule heating but this is only possible if the car is charging and this is not always an option. It makes no sense to prevent scheduled heating if the battery is charged but not charging. Paid a lot of money for a Ionic 5 and the app can’t do such a basic thing.

The new update finally roofers more useful functions, but it's still not great. I tested the remote hazard lights but the button only starts them, but doesn't stop them. I am afraid to test other remote functions thinking they might only start, but not stop. Imagine blowing the horn and not being able to stop. I'm sorry, but we expect some quality control for these apps. Disappointing.

When will we receive the update for closing the windows/sunroof from the app on the 2024 Hyundai Tucson Facelift?

I have a full spec phev Tucson. Seems odd that I can see that I have open windows/sunroof, but can't close them from the app. Same for the electric tail gate. Would make a lot of sense

The only thing that can be done in the EU with this app is to lock and unlock doors remotely, and of course, you can see a bunch of car data, which of course Hyundai will store and analyse. So it’s basically a useless data collection app. For the same car model a bunch of useful features like remote start, A/C, Windows control etc is available in other places like the US. I understand we have some environmental regulations, and you pretend to care about your green image (in the EU only), but why not allow me to connect my property, the car I bought with my own money, to my own self-hosted server, and decide for myself what I can and cannot do, and face consequences if there are any? Slightly unrelated but, why do you force that broken speed limit and LKA to be on every time I start the car, and distract me while driving with annoying notifications, putting me and other drivers at risk? In the same time you show us the police location on the map so drivers can slow down and not get a speeding fine. Are you trying to replace the police? Why don’t I have freedom of choice and the right of self determination with my own property? Why do you act as being the police / dictator/ anti-consumer?
