I wish I had found this app years ago!

I’m very into self improvement and I love this daily affirmation app. I’ve had other but they have very mundane affirmations and the set up is just regular. I like this one because an ai voice reads the quotes for me. It’s cool. I would like though like background noise though. It would make this app a lot better. Thank you 🙏 for your hard work!

App is not working. Please fix the issue. I really would like to use this app

Immediately changes the racing, non stop thoughts in my head related to a crazy, busy life. I pause and read these affirmations and I feel peaceful, redirected, and more joyful.

I take a deep breath every time I get an affirmation, it helps relax me. I love that they have affirmations that talk about your relationship with God, it’s probably my favorite part.
