Horrible support experience
Nothing wrong with the app but, they tried to migrate to new platform and screwed up with customer logins. No access to the app for more than three weeks now. No response from support team either.

Not able to access the app
Team, can you please check why app is not working for last 3 days. Thanks.
Nice app for dealing with Icici mutual funds
I have to say that ICICI provides a wonderful user experience for dealing with my mutual funds. I may not be happy with the performance of the funds but the app is really easy to operate. It provides a consolidated overview for the portfolio and its easy to perform transactions with the app.
Glitchy update
Ever since I updated the app is having error connecting to server. Please resolve
Shows jailbreak error message while opening the app
While opening the app a error banner shows up and says “can’t open app because phone is jailbroken ”,but my device is not jailbroken
Add list of funds with returns
Hi Team, If I want to know list of funds and its performance,I couldn’t find in the app.if it has a catalog definitely this would be better.i feel this makes the fund lagging from peers.
Need more feature
Excellent app for investment for DIY like us who are residing in small town. Keep improve the app and lot of Scope to improve upon it. Keep it up team.

I have invested in icici prudential AMC since 2008 and experience of redemption and deposit is superb. I never visited any branch and everything done online
App usability down
I have used the app since two years with a little learning curve. But now usability has changed after the update. I am not able to make purchase of units.
Unable to acces the folio
After the recent update on my i phone 14 pro. It lags quite long than normal and unable acces the folio details, show error while communicating with server. After 3 days issue still continues Dear develor , i am expecting some quick action to resolve this
