you moron , what a pathetic application is this , can’t even download the payment receipt, we need to submit them for reimbursement ,you fools at least make basic functioning working

Unable to downgrade the plan and also unable to download payment receipt And lots more bugs in app need to fix

This is a completely broken app, cant even renew plan so forget upgrading/downgrading either

I couldn’t able to login to application

There are no renewal options on the app. There’s no guidance on how you can renew your plan online. Even after logging in, the app doesn’t show which is the current plan.

No option to change plan. You can only upgrade to different high speed plans and not the lower speed plans. Can’t renew while plan is inactive. In short ion is making their customers chu***a

The app is so poor connected with wifi but still app not open showing connectivity issues you cant change or modify any thing useless

App is practically useless. Unable to change or modify plan at the time of renewal - only upgrade option is available . Wallet is not fully integrated as money is not reflected. Can’t understand why ’top-up’ function is given if you cannot use it on existing connection. There are no short term plans and no option to suspend connection during vacation etc . Overall cumbersome to use leading to poor experience.

The app is buggy, takes forever to load and without any notable basic features. The renew option doesn’t lead any where. There is no option to see new/existing plans. Renewal will make you want to switch to 2G.
