Poor Hotel App ever I booked hotel via prefer website but application still not link my reservation and member section are useless, no any useful information provide and I can’t edit my information.

Take a page from other resort apps that work. Not easy to look at booking hotels, how to accumulate points or locations.

Points don’t ever show up

Trying to book a hotel using my points and the app is terrible. Why can’t I easily cash in my points?

Every time you try to use the app it forces you to log back in. This problem has existed since your last update.

I can't login using this app But my account works on a laptop. The app seems to have some bugs.

It’s not integrated with its own functions. It doesn’t track my frequent stays at your resorts. And when I go to submit an inquiry on the app your systems asks me for my email and account number, all in the same app. People - this in 2024. Not 1984 when you guys would have issued me a plastic card. Get this right!

I keep getting locked out and when iPrefer resets the password the link has expired. I have hotel rooms to book but can’t access my account. I will have to book with another loyalty program.

This App has never worked for. Never recognizes my login. I change password and still nothing. Worthless
