If I do need to edit some ticket that i already been created i need to create a new one. There is no way do add photo after it’s been created. Please fix it

Would love to say few good words for this app as make such a difference. I am glad there is options for all maintenance issuses. It's quick way to report issuses and include pictures. Would be better if there is a Key word search option rather then search Category and then Subcategory. Also maybe to add option if is urgent, so someone can pop in same day.

App is not easy to use and menus are hidden and not user friendly.

Very poor service. Marks the maintenance work as completed even if it has not been done yet.

The maintenance request is very easy to make on the I-RES website. Many thanks for creating this website!

TERRIBLE, no one answer you back.

I don’t know if is the app issue or poor staff attention. I have opened a request two or three weeks ago and I haven’t have any feedback. Try to send an email too and no answer. And that phone number on the app definitely wouldn’t answer only leave me with that annoying music waiting and then hang off without say anything. Frustrated here :/

Not happy with service.

This app is useless, we have tickets opened for forever and they NEVER get answered, nothing gets fixed. Avoid IRES if you can.
