Bought a desktop version of iCareFone with lifetime subscription after reading one of the blog post in the website. Found two major issues with the app after trying out, first the sort photos by date function will not sort the photos based on the creation date (or the date the photos are being taken) rather it will be sorted based on the modified date, this is a huge downside for me who used to arrange photo based on creation date. Second, I believe it is a bug in the software (not sure whether it happens to others or not), after deleting the photos under the manage photo section of the app, the photos reappeared under the DCIM folder when I reconnected it using the USB cable. Next day e-mail iCareFone Support team to highlight the issues faced and asked for a refund but was told that the Company (Tenoshare) does not provide any form of refund for their products but they will instead give me the option to choose any Tenoshare product in their website and will grant me the lifetime subscription for It while at the same time allow me to keep my current product subscription. I think this is bad customer service cause I really have no intention to try out other products. Well I guess the lesson learned here is always check the refund policy before buying something.

Upload a mp4 video to iTunes then transfer over to my device. Successfully transfer however it doesn’t show up in my album.
