This app absolutely never works. Every time I feel I have the courage to seek some help this does not work. Guess I can be lucky it has not been life or death. Though it has been close. Better to not offer “help” that never works to vulnerable people.

Quite disappointed at how much i tried to access the app but its stuck on loading- for several days now if not months.

I can’t register a profile because when the App launches the keyboard, only the company code field is accessible. The email address is cut off and that’s it. I can’t exit the keyboard and the UI doesn’t scroll to access the other fields. So I can enter in a company code, and email (with the field cut in half) and that’s it. This makes it literally unusable.

Cannot use any other app or take a call when chatting to a counselor - this is very inconvenient. Chat window/sent texts frequently disappear when putting app in background or minimizing. Many basic features are not functioning correctly in this app.

Suggestion: Make use of Intercom.com for the in-app chat and communication. This will greatly improve communication. The current chat is useless, times out quickly, and can’t be logged or resumed. Please integrate Intercom in the app. The current chat implementation is pretty much useless.

I can’t go beyond registering it keeps saying the company code is not recognised

Not once have I ever had a pleasant experience. Today I log on and after one message the app only allows to end chat each time. My company and ICAS will be the literal death of me.

Cannot see typing when registering on the App.

The app doesn’t work at night. It doesn’t open and is stuck loading. and it takes a few uninstall/reinstall to allow access to counsellors. It’s very helpful, however the fact that it’s hard to use during the time I can allocate to mental health, makes it less desirable to use. I’m quite disappointed because when I do manage to speak to a counsellor, it’s really helpful.

I just successfully registered on iCAS. When I click on inbox the app crashes.
