Suddenly your app says that it can’t open on my device since it’s a jailbreak device. I have not done any modification or changes to my device. It’s original and has latest ios updates as well. Your app is sending me a dangerous message.
I am having icici bank account for the last 20 years. That why i applied term insurance from this company back in three months. When i applied premium was rs 9000 per month per 2 cr term insurance but now they are demanding another 5000 which shows their worst service. I have undergone all my medical tests. Worst service
This app provides a very poor user experience. I am unable to log in to my profile using my mobile number, email ID, or even my policy number. Every attempt results in an error message stating invalid details or try again later. Due to these repeated issues, I am unable to track my policy or pay the premium on time, which is highly inconvenient and frustrating. Please address this problem urgently to ensure smooth access and timely premium payments.
There is an issue with App login on iOS, everytime it asks to login via OTP and then ask to set a new Mpin.. and then again asks to enable Face ID. None of it gets saved.. when I logout/close the app and try to login again .. I have to start again with otp, mpin set up and then Face ID to view my policies

Third class app. not user friendly at all. I want to download premium paid statements of my several policies but shows unexpected error occurred. They changed menu which is not easy to find required things. Will never open app even if badly needed.
