We recently began to use iClass to help us communicate with parents and staff more effectively in the run up to safely reopening our school. Without a doubt it has been a huge hit with the whole school community. It is easy to manage and the set up was smooth and efficient. I have made several attempts to create an account/register and it won’t let me. Do not rate it and very disappointed
This app is just like one note I don’t understand why they think it is acceptable to duplicate apps now Very slow I don’t get any updates Was speaking to someone online that work with the company then said Mary left the chat while I was asking questions Mary if you see this what did I do wrong

Delighted with this App. Updated information on school calendar. Latest news on events in school and communication of letters and messages from school fast and efficient. Parents can message school via app also. Ace!
Very user friendly app for fast messaging to parents, teachers and students. Great savings to be made compared to cost of text messages. Letters and notices are easily attached and information is disseminated easily. Highly recommend it - Bernadette Fitzgerald.
Very glitchy. Seems to crash regularly and I have to reinstall.
No push messages, no interaction with teacher, cannot send messages or contact the school. After update iOS (today 8th October 2019) this badly design app give error “device not registered” and not giving option nor launching at all!!!
