Why is your app giving problem all the time? We are unable to watch cctv on mobile in this app. Can u please respond?

Its working fine at home But at my office if i am not in the network i am using my phone net, its not working Please resolve

Playback not working in new updates please fix it

I have 9 cameras and my DVR is directly connected to LAN with 200Mbps. Whenever I open mobile app, it will take minimum of 2 minutes to load my all cameras preview. Most of the tym, it shows disconnected or reconnect after waiting for 2 minutes.

This app has turned worst after the update! The live view doesn’t work 90% of the time. Moreover consider its function nil when not connected to WiFi, it doesn’t work at all! Also the playback option on this app is horrible, it doesn’t work at all. Not recommended!

One of the worst applications I’ve come across, especially in this generation. I deeply regret choosing CP Plus and installing their CCTV system. Both their desktop and iPhone applications are absolutely terrible. It’s impossible to view live or recorded videos using mobile data; you’re forced to connect to Wi-Fi and even then, it takes 3-4 attempts to load anything. Such a poor experience in this day and age is unacceptable. I wonder who is managing the tech team behind this software. If this continues, CP Plus will soon lose its clients. Other companies like Hikvision are far better—they offer flexible and fast applications. CP Plus seriously needs to improve or risk being left behind.

Everytime i try to see the live camera. It loads about 5 times out of 10. No matter how fast internet connection is. Very buggy application. I regret buying cp plus.
