would be very useful to be able to hide the on-screen keyboard, the graphics could be bigger and more readable in that case, or perhaps even the original multi-timbrality could be brought back…

Brilliant synth! A delightful program! Special thanks for the excellent instruction manual. However, in my inexperienced opinion (I am familiar with the ID700 for only a couple of hours and have not read half of the User's Manual yet), there are inconvenient elements in the program interface. First, for the sake of design and beauty, the display of the algorithm is not very clear. It is extremely difficult to trace the signal path on it. It seems to me that it would be better to display the nodes with a horizontal offset relative to each other, but it would be clearer to show the lines connecting them. Secondly, when shaping the transfer function curve using harmonics, I would very much like to see a numerical display of the height of each bar. Or at least the current one, which is currently being configured. Thirdly (and this is probably one of the most important elements), it is extremely useful for meaningful sound design to see the shape of the curve (oscillogram) of the resulting (output signal) and its line spectrum. Fourthly, the interface of the program is very beautiful, but not bright and contrasting enough for people with not very good eyesight and therefore difficult to perceive on screens less than 10 inches.

This synth is monstrously powerful. Versatile, incredibly deep, endless. A pleasure to spend hours tinkering with. One of the most intricate and wild musical projects to have fun with. 5 full stars.

I would like to give 5 stars but unfortunately the App don’t run. I tried various solution but without to obtain a result. My iOS is 13.1.3 on iPad Air 2. I see only the first screen with ID700 in the center at the start and the App after 5 second about, come back on the main page of the iPad. I also wrote an email without receive support, at the moment. In any case I hope to receive an answer as soon as possible in the future and to start to use ID700 >>> Now the problem is solved and it’s really a great App.

This synth is a sound designer’s dream, perfect for experimental, ambient, drones and everything else as well! This is incredible, just so so much fun.

Exceptional way to experiment with sound. Nothing else like it

The title says it all. This thing does everything I ever wished my DX7 could do, and with a user interface that makes it as easy as editing an FM synthesizer with this level of functionality could possibly be. I really don’t have anything negative to say here. Been using this app for a few years now and I still feel as though I have barely scratched the surface of what is possible. Thank you for creating this, whoever you are.

This is a really well done recreation of an amazing Buchla synth. It is a great way to explore an extremely rare and unique synth, but it is also a really amazing app in its own right, especially if you like exploring and tweaking sounds: nothing sounds like this. It is not a simple plug-and-play sound maker - its deep and complex - but the many very well done pre-sets let get into the sounds immediately. The manual is clear and thorough as well.

For experimental patch creation, with usable and excellent results this is number 1 for me. One of the finest iOS synths ever developed.

This is my favorite iOS synth app is the most fun one I have to design new sounds. I use it with Moog semi-modular synths and it sounds amazing.
