Not worth even a single star . If the organisation cared to see where others have moved , they will at least put some effort to improve to get a two star rating.

Most complicated app not user friendly, slow, backdated, customer support is not also helpful

Please get a decent team of UI/UX designers to make the app user friendly. This is so poorly designed that even college interns can do a better job.
Worst application i have ever seen
Idbi share capital is the app of late 1900s, no new updates or change in ui for 10-15 years. How don’t know what the bank thinks of its customers.
1. Presentation style: Outdated and very boring. Boring colours and theme. 2. No Dashboard: In today’s world, every data is presented by way of Dashboard the moment we login. Users should access to their portfolio 1st. 3. Non Compatibility with IPhones 4. No alerts on WhatsApp for investments or upcoming IPOs etc 5. Lot is technical issues while applying IPO and not user friendly App
Very poor app, comparing idbi direct app with other trading apps like zerodha , HDFC, Geojit etc. you will find there’s lot that needs to be done to improve your app. Personally speaking IDBI direct is the last choice for me when it comes to dealing in stocks. Developer must add common features like showing avg cost, total gains , days gains etc. IDBI CAPITAL should take this as a priority as this is the need of time- if you want to survive in this very competitive field.
Why are the CEO and CTO not held accountable for such poor performance of their app? How are they functioning with such poor customer support? Simply pathetic!
