Good information can be found in this app. The app is difficult to navigate. Also, every time I click on webinar recordings, the app crashes.

While the information on IDDSI might be good, the app itself leaves me wanting. The information is organized in a very unintuitive way with just a list of menus and PDFs, so when you go on the search to find something and open the wrong pdf (this is essentially just a collection of PDFs), you are forced to close the app and open it back up because THERE IS NO BACK BUTTON. Once you open a file, you are locked into it and unable to go back to the original menu. So the only way to navigate to the menu is to close the app and try again. This is especially terrible when viewing their collection of videos, which you're forced to scroll through one by one to get to the one you would like to watch. Don't even try to view the webinar recordings, because they immediately crash the application. It's a nice collection of information, don't get me wrong, but it is an abhorrent app. Please hire somebody to arrange the information in a more intuitive way, or at least implement a back button.

Needs a back button. How are we supposed to implement this system when this isn’t even taken seriously...

Lots of good info but no back button. Seriously. Whatever you open, that’s where you stay until you close the app and maybe tomorrow you are back at the home page. I have an iPhone X and I don’t understand why this basic feature of all apps has been overlooked for months! IDDSI should get their money back from the developer. Too bad now we have to refer to a big paper binder. What a shame and missed opportunity.

I love having this information quickly available on my phone, but it still needs a lot of improvements. Pages do not have a back button. There is a hovering gray bar at the top of the home page that doesn’t do anything. The information is a built in PDF rather than having the information on the page itself, which makes scrolling thru the info a bit difficult.

I opened the Framework but now cannot get out of that page; not even back to “Home”.

Would love to have this working on my device, but every time I open it, it gets stuck. For instance, if I open the flow chart, I then can’t get out of it to open another page. I have to shut my device down. I’m really looking forward to having this fixed! Thank you for all you do!!

Tells me I need an email/password, then tells me it's wrong, and the "forgot password" doesn't work. Also doesn't give you any place to sign up.
