Bug Identifier Plant Scanner

I downloaded the App, chose the Free Trial option. Used the App once to try and identify a bug and nothing would load. Tried again, same thing, so I immediately cancelled the free trial through Subscription Settings on my device. Next thing I know I’ve been charged $57.99 within an hour via PayPal and have had to submit a Refund Request via Apple which could take 48 hours. Not happy!!!!!

I’ve had this app less than an hour and it keeps giving inaccurate information. With insects, mushrooms, plants, this could be very dangerous.

Didn’t get the free trial it charged my account and it couldn’t identify the bug.

I don’t want to pay for VIP pass soo I can’t do anything

This app is a scam the free trial has way too many ads. Frustrating to use.

I couldn’t use without buying premium? And it’s not exactly cheap. Why trick people into downloading a free app if you have to pay to use it?

Great app! Got a couple of plants and insects recognized with this app. I also uploaded some observations. Research-grade. :) Great app overall.

Why is it that every single one of these educational apps requires stupid subscriptions? I’m not giving you a monthly subscription for an app that just tells me about wildlife.. horrible apps like these are what ruin the App Store.

I do not like the idea of expiring a fake trial and I only used it for a few seconds.

Not working at all. Disappointed.
