Без VPN работать невозможно. Да и это одно из самых медленных решений которое я когда-либо видел в жизни. Бэкап на 300 ГБ идет уже недели 2.

It dont works more then work

Mac app regulary cannot connect to servers, i write to helpdesk, they fix, and after a month the same situation again. Iphone app crashes and do not work. Useless. Iphone 12 mini

Требует допила приложения

После установки в приложении испанский язык, поддержка отвечает, что язык автоматически ставится по системному языку. Но у меня русский!!! Решение - установить язык системы в «Английский», открыть приложение, вуаля - язык стал нормальный. После можно вернуть язык системы обратно, теперь приложение на нормальном английском языке.

Пропали сохранения

После обновления, пропал весь бэкап.

iOS app keeps crashing during upload

I am finding it difficult to use the iOS app to backup my photos, as the app keeps crashing mid upload. It also seems to not recognize all photos and videos at once, i have run the backup many times with all the files it finds, and after each time it finds new ones. Maybe the crashing has something to do with it, I dont know

Reinstall if you have any issues, that worked for me. I am very glad I found this service. Take some time and read up on what you can do, i am going to sync my phone and PC, but am going to use an external hard drive to upload archives and then will delete from the drive. Being an external drive, I won't have to worry about accidentally doing an archive cleanup. I might delete pic and vids off of phone now that it is backed up, then I can back my phone up to my computer, move the file to my archive drive and store on iDrive. Then restore on phone. Also intrigued by timeline where all photos from all devices are viewable in one place. That's cutting edge.

Having much experience with cloud storage, I was looking for a new brand to go with and absolutely love the price + performance of IDrive. All you have to do if anything “stops working” is re-start/refresh the app. I have had zero issues so far!
