I bought speaking practice test 4, but I can’t access to the transcript: “access denied”! Please fix it!

Mình mới tải ad, mà nó toàn văng ra là sao v mình mong có thể sửa ko bt app này dành cho iphone mấy nx !..
Good quality practices, but not always sufficient
The listening practice has 4 parts. However, test practice 1 only shows 3 over 4 parts. Apart of that the quality was really good.
Photos in the test
Some photos in the test disappear.

Missing diagrams in Practice test and lack of technical support
I tried the Listening section in Practice test 2 but the diagram were missing so I couldn’t finish the test. Also I sent this issue to the email of the App supporter 5 days before but they didn’t reply
how to unlock all the vocab levels ?
i can only do exercises of 1st level
