Could use much improvement!
Fields ought to auto populate once entered. If the info is updated or changed, the change should save and auto populate as such, moving forward. Name fields should capitalize the first and last names. Auto correct spelling would also be most helpful.
Almost Perfect
When it comes to building upload-able forms, this app and the accompanying website are nearly flawless. My sole complaint is that the interface used on the website is not completely intuitive for new users, but they have LIVE, HUMAN help available almost all the time. Absolutely exceptional.
Can't login from iPhone - right from start. Will Delete .
It is a shame one of my first reviews has to be negative. After the lengthy activation cycle, with an email that took forever to arrive, I wasn't able to login through my iPhone app; at all. Ever. I wish I could comment on the rest of the features, because I had high hopes; but if one can't even get through the door, what's the point ? will delete app :-(

User friendly with customizable features. Love it!
International development must-have!
With this app my organization can gather information in the field even when we are offline. This is 10 steps ahead of simple forms but the company is small enough I had a solutions engineer pull in the chief programmer to help me build and distribute forms to my field team in Africa. We also use their Thunderplug mobile hub to gather the data to a central spot in the village-- that way we can keep devices in the field and just drive the plug to a location where data is uploaded to the cloud. We use the ES version for our purposes but I suspect the regular app is just as secure for most needs.

App is easy to use and adapt to changing requirements.
STORK
Problems with flying questions in our surveys, and sometimes information shows up when it shouldn't and vice versa after saving the forms.
