Ignite Fitness Online

This app has not been working - due to terrible management and admin- my details are not even registered on your system - even though I have been a member for 2 years +. Also the staff at the Port Elizabeth branch are constantly changing and then try and bicker with me because I don’t use an app to come into the gym- hence it has been broken for months! IGNITE sort yourself out honestly- you are losing clients.

I love the app soo much . I even use it to workout on days when I can’t go to the gym .

Firstly- the gym entered my info incorrectly into their systems so the wrong email address was used to create my profile. I then picked it up two weeks ago when I tried to access the system and the app kept saying “user not found” when I used my email. I then updated and corrected my email on the gyms internal system. I was told to wait a day or two for “head office” to update my profile so I can access it… It’s been two weeks. The app still says “user not found”. Really annoyed.

This app is rubbish. Struggled for months to get on and now no access code for the club, so each time they have to let me in manually. Why change from the previous cards? So frustrating, I have decided to move to another gym.

Why all of a sudden the switch from cards to app. No notice, never even received an onboarding email, struggling with customer support to get this sorted. Even above and beyond these issues, half the facilities at the actual locations are non functional. Missing parts of machines, broken air-con, no load shedding proofing. All in all poor performance on all levels.

It won’t process my pin, worse part is that it won’t even tell me the reason. It just will just load and stay of the pin page. Very frustrating, especially since I’ve been trying to login in the whole day. Also my QR access code doesn’t even work sometimes.

I’ve been a gym member for almost a year and can’t log in because my details are not on your system? How was my info captured? I hope the developer can help sort this is this is the way we access the gym in future.

To the owners: please google “change management”. Turning off the access cards and forcing everyone over to a different method, without any prior notice, turns out to be a great way to upset all your members and leave a sour first impression of the app. Also please fix the showers in Claremont that has been cold for a year+

Got the app today to start logging in at gym with the new system, it does not even open 😏 If you gonna change a system that works, at least make sure this one works too.

I haven’t even been able to get into the app to see how it works. No one at the gym or online can tell me how to login or what logins to use as an existing member of Ignite Fitness. I was told I would receive communication about how to login and never did, and there isn’t a sign up option so it’s pretty much useless.
