Let’s be real this app looks like it was designed in 2018
It’s 2024 and this app has the UI of a 2018 app. I recently watched a movie in the US and their app is notches better than this. It’s almost unusable. If you are ordering tickets online you better fall back to your email confirmations. Please refresh your app.
Movies times not shown
Most of the times, the app can’t show the movies time slots. This issue is getting worse now.
App glitching
App not working pl fix it cannot see showtime or book tickets.
Cannot view movie Timings
After selecting a movie, I cannot see any of the movie Timngs or sometimes takes minutes to load. This is after the last update
Useless app
Totally useless at all. Can tell this has been rushed due to severly tight deadline submission. Lack of quality control and user acceptance testing.
One of worst app ever
Nothing really work except buying with cc, tons of bugs, please reconsider your developer team.

This app is incredibly useless—it's so laggy that it causes serious booking issues and wastes my money. Please do something to fix it. Thanks!

If I can rate it negative stars , I would . No wonder GV business is getting from bad to worse
Useless one day advanced booking.
I can’t plan a romantic date if the app only allows one lousy day advanced booking.
