Every time I start the vacuum I have to map the home

The app itself is laid out nicely - easy to use. But my app freezes every time about 5 seconds after opening it. Already tried uninstalling it & reinstalling it too, didn’t help.

The only reason why it even got 1 star was when it WOULD work it did great. I have a golden retriever and this vacuum helped minimize the hassle of hair all over. Granted the hair would get stuck in the design but I was willing to totally over look that when I could get it to work. My frustrations is that it doesn’t respond back and forth with the app. I have tried resetting it and I even got a new one. I am at a loss. I was hoping this would make make my job less frustrating since I moved up to the one that self dumps but boy was I wrong. :( It’s sadly going to to dump.

This app won't let me canned the device to my phone but -it will connect iPad. However, it will only let me see 80% of the screen which removes some features on the bottom the map. Please, fix this app.

Developers This is the worst app I have ever used. It won’t let you register account. The password button goes down and it won’t let you finish setting up. Please fix the issues.

First automated vacuum I owned. Very impressed and happy with the luxury of have the house vacuumed while asleep. But I am very frustrated with the App. It has a huge lag and even freezes up, hard to understand the mapping of the house, and to some it up the app needs a lot of work. I am looking to upgrade already to have a hard floor cleaner but I’m thinking of spending a little more and a different brand that doesn’t have this issue.

I am very astonished by the product but can use some fixing, but that’s not what I’m worried about. There’s no Alexa support when I tried to add this to my thing it says that it’s not working. I really love this device and I would love to tell Lex to be able to vacuum my house, but it doesn’t let me even though it has the option to, please fix this.

Everything works ok. Not great but ok. However I can’t save the boundaries within the app, that’s super frustrating.

The vacuum itself is nice it does the job and gets most dirt and dog hair picked up. About 90% of what it can reach. Biggest downside the app to control it is horrible. Non responsive and ridiculously slow. Its worth spending the extra money on a nicer unit to avoid dealing with this app.

Do not buy. Does not connect to wifi. Waste of money. Does not work. GARBAGE
