iLancaster (Lancaster Uni)

iLancaster has been absolutely indispensable in my daily life as a student. It provides seamless access to everything I need, making my academic experience incredibly smooth and efficient. This exceptional tool is a constant companion throughout my day, ensuring I have all the resources and information at my fingertips. The design is top-notch, boasting both elegance and user-friendliness, while the interactivity enhances my overall experience. iLancaster truly elevates the student experience, making university life more manageable and enjoyable. I can't imagine my student life without it!

Logs me out about 3 times a day and makes logging back in slow and painful, I constantly waste the first 10 minutes of my lecture just to log into this useless app to check in. It also constantly lags and most features rarely ever work

Why can’t I download the app on my app. It says it’s compatible but it doesn’t work…

Always signing me out randomly Randomly refreshes when using timetable Sign in sometimes doesn’t work Keep the app simple. Stop creating new issues.

The app looks great and is super easy to use

A really useful app for students with a lot of support and a committed development team that are dedicated to adding new innovations and improvements. Intuitive to use and a must-have for any Lancaster University student. Couldn’t recommend more! 🌹🐞

Bad UX, check in works, but forcing people to download the app is not cool

Has more bugs than my back garden at home

It doesn’t recognise my email address for the information about bins collection. And yes, I do live in Lancaster. The health innovation one bus stop can’t be found in the app. Since Saturday it’s been impossible to get any information about buses times. I guess I’m not a very happy app user…
