I completed the class up until the level 6. That is when it takes me to the website to login and then after i login, it just takes me back to the app and doesn’t let me print my certificate and there are no help options for costumer services. Update: I was taken to customer support and they said that you have to use google chrome on a computer to get your certificate. Once I did this it worked. Amazing app.

Made me pay twice for one exam. Completed the hunter ed course entirely and when it said it was loading my final exam it took me to a page where it said I hadn’t paid yet. Terrible app terrible service.

How long do I have to wait for my real certificate

Probably one of the only reviews I’ve ever left in my entire life, but after seeing the 2.9 star rating and being worried sick I wouldn’t be able to get a hunting license within the same day, (which I sorely needed) this app saved my rear-end. Thanks a ton to whoever came up with this, can’t recommend enough.

After finishing the online portion, it errors and does not provide certificate. Takes you back to the website and makes you re-login. Once re-logged in on the website, cannot find where to download the on-line certificate. Paid extra to get huntwise app. and does not explain how to get the credit for paying extra. E-mailed customer service from link on website and receive undeliverable message.

Even though everything was completed on the app when I go to take the final exam it takes me to a Safari screen, then says I have to use the app. Then I go back into the app and rinse and repeat 🙄

Kept getting this page when I hit field day never got my certificate pls help It said we will get your certificate just one second But I never got it

I paid for the whole course and completed it but when I went to take the exam when it took me to the website it asked for me to pay for a plan after completing the whole course already.

It won’t load my certificate. It takes me to the website then when I login it doesn’t load the certificate the only option is to go back to the app

I liked how fast it went but when I got to the end it won’t let me see my certificate, I am on a iPhone 15 How do I get the certificate
