FIRST OF ALL THEEY SOLD MY PHONE NUMBER TO A THIRD PARTY AND MY PHONE HAS BEEN RINGING OFF THE HOOK starting at 2 am and stopping at about 11 pm. Plz read their BBB file before purchase. I will give the link at the bottom. BUYER BEWARE!! BUYER BEWARE!! On 07/07/2024 I ordered 2 shirts size ladies large from Illcurrancy for a total of 65.55. They sent me child’s large. (comparison pictured below). I have been trying to contact them for over a week with no reply but asking to wait then sending a link that states to receive my refund I have to pay a 30% restock fee(19.67), I have to pay to ship it back to them (10.40 for flat rate box), then I have to pay shipping back to me(19.98), totaling exactly 50.05. So for a 65$ order I’ll receive a $15.05, I have called, text used messenger, and BBB complaint and like many other people I have gotten no reply. This is not only unacceptable it’s unethical and it’s legal theft. I WANT EVERY DIME OF MY MONEY BACK. I know every single proper channel to get it as well and will be filing with every.single.one of them. I am posting on here to try to recover my money back before I have to file with the other 3 places. I searched for the brand shirt they use and they are literally paying 2.18 for the shirt and using a printing press with a peel off transfer that costs pennies to make. So again BUYER BEWARE. THEY WILL SEND U WHAT THEY WANT, CHARGE U WHAT THEY WANT,AND THERE’S NOTHING U CAN DO ABOUT IT. Their real business rating is a 1.63 and that’s before my complaint. I will lose my money but u don’t have to.
