The level of unimportant things on it is mind boggling. The Important stuff is hidden many screens below, and half of the important stuff doesn’t work (like MTD id)

Really hard to use

you can’t search specific buildings/locations in the map which made it difficult to find certain places

Can't even login with Net ID.

I really like this app, but unfortunately, the default language on my phone is not English, and the app doesn't seem to have any language settings to switch it to English. The app's automatic translation feature is not very helpful, as it simply translates all the words without any revision or modification. As a result, it's difficult for me to understand the app, even though it's in my own language.

Not user friendly and does not easily meets needs of users.. please think through how to optimize it
