Very poor app. Waste of time

App is always down. Especially now on the deadline of payment. Even their website and other payment options were down.

Dowloaded the application, and even went to their website but it still won’t work.

It’s hard to open the app and not working after I used!

Slap a uae pass in sign up and grab all details from there. i have to go find the details of my work permit, get my eid, type in all the numbers wherein u have uae pass. dont know why this is so complicated

It’s really hard to log in

The ILOE app is really disappointing. It doesn’t send notifications, so I miss payment due dates and end up with fines, even though I check it often. Logging in is a hassle, taking multiple tries and a long time to load. This app is supposed to help, but it just makes things more difficult.

Worst app, every time saying, edit your details, but no where I can find the edit button

Is this really mandatory? This insurance is only for those working in a weak company! Not suppose mandatory, you just stealing money!

Unable to log into my account for the past 1week now. The app does not work. Saying same thing over and over. Session timeout
