After providing my password and one time password the app loads momentarily and closes. It’s been like this for weeks. I wonder whether the devs tested the app on real devices. Poor quality. Please fix. Same for my mothers phone

I can’t even access my own account. I can’t do zero stars unfortunately

Ones you log in, page disappears again and again. Reported the case nothing done! I have uploaded this app more than 20 times. Please rectify it is frustrating.

When I try to log in it just closes the app. My phone is on the latest version and the app itself is up to date. I think it’s a developer problem can you please fix this as it makes the app totally unusable?

Not very good at all. Had to resort to internet banking for payments as would not accept Mpesa account numbers with dashes

This app works perfectly for me & easy to log on with facial recognition … thank you!

This is another dreadful upgrade which is becoming a hallmark of IMB

Rubbish. Tells you to update then doesn’t allow you to update. No online banking done for days coz of this !!!

I don’t know why the old app was changed - it was fine! One thing I really don’t like about this new app - apart from the log in issues - is you can’t switch money between your own accounts without registering each as a new account. In the old app you could just switch between savings and KES for example in seconds.

I have been trying to register on this app for the last 3 weeks and all I get is an error message saying service is unavailable, and user credentials are incorrect.
