Bundle packages disappear !!!

Bought a wash on the app whilst waiting in the queue at the local IMO. Used PayPal to pay, got confirmation email from IMO, got to the front of the queue but the app wouldn’t update to show the purchase, by this time there were 4 cars behind. Even though I had the proof, by way of the receipt on the email, the staff wouldn’t wash my car, they told me it was my fault as I’d paid for the wash whilst not having an internet connection. After 10 mins the app still didn’t update and there was no way to drive away forwards and the queue was getting bigger behind, despite this the staff still wouldn’t wash my car. There should be a code or QR sent with the confirmation email.

I use the IMO car washes regularly. Twice, I’ve tried to use the reward QR code at my local IMO place and both times, their system didn’t recognise it. I have 4/6 visits, and have been twice with that in my apple wallet and I should’ve had my free one by now. I tried today, to use it and the person in front of me turned their car round and went away, because they were hoping to use their free car wash, and their machine wouldn’t accept it. Should be reported for false advertising.

Went to IMO, use to be good and often go there, but last 6 months have been poor at best and today…App has crashed, no contact to report to, proceeded anyway and windscreen is smeared with something that looks like grease on the outside, after going through the wash. IMO need to shake up!!!

Payed £19 for wash and ceramic got home and car still had mucky marks on it not has good has I thought it was think il just pay the budget price and do the coating myself

My last two Triple Foam washes have been deleted from my Wallet,lam reluctant to use your facility again for fear it will happen again

I paid £19 and received nothing so not happy at all

Tried out app and on arrival at car wash the operator was very unsure of how to accept it. He scanned it then asked me which wash it was for and had I already paid. Took a few minutes to resolve. I am just going to pay as I go from now on, much less hassle.

My car was still covered in dirt & moss after it came out of the wash. Paid for the triple wash & wax. Damaged headlights too.
