Imo's Pizza Online Ordering

Some of the buttons simply won’t respond. Most of the time the “add to order” button just won’t work. It’s better to just call the store. If you disregard the app, the food is still worth it!

I order Imos frequently and I’m signed in for Square Deals and I’ve been stuck on 2 squares forever. Takes $15 for one square at this point I should have multiple free pizzas. I feel like I’m being scammed

We are not from St. Louis originally and we do not care for Provel Cheese. someone told us that we could order pizza with only mozzarella. We are going to try that tonight. But we had to call the restaurant to do that because that was not an option in the app. Could another option be added to cheese of “mozzarella only“ in the app?

I downloaded the app and used for months to build up squares/“points.” I had enough for a free appetizer and wanted to redeem it so I applied the squares. When I went to check out, it would not verify my card (nothing wrong with my card), info was entered multiple times and it just wouldn’t comprehend. I closed the app because it wasn’t working, only to find out it *took away an appetizers worth of squares* and left nothing in the cart. So essentially, it stole the points I had racked up. Oh, and I couldn’t order bc the payment won’t go through. Fail

Things that need to be added, that seem normal from other pizza apps. Apple Pay, or google or whatever. When you tap the info boxes, it should pull up your normal info, street address, store, past orders, and a real checkout…not that weird 3rd party that makes you type your card number and info, again. The tracker is almost a good shot. Next. The dorsett store. I have been using this one for decades. The consistency and quality is significantly lower than other stores. 1 out of 5 orders is decent. For the cost of the pizza compared to the other places, and the ability to eat in, it should be superior to Cecil’s, papa’s and dominos. I would love and be proud to own a franchise and make it the experience IMOS once had. I know it comes with difficulties, but you don’t buy it without the intentions of serving the best product, service and experience you can give. Your employees should have your best interests as if the owner was providing the service. Lions choice is a better version of a St. Louis original that keeps uping the customers expectations. In my opinion, IMO’s.

The app and website redirect you to a 3rd party for credit card purchases. Every time I put my info in it bounces back and won’t complete the purchase. I get a split second where something red flashes on the top of the screen but can’t make out anything so that’s super unhelpful… Then you call the store and they can’t take card info over the phone. I’m actively trying to give you money and can’t….

!!! GIVE UP on the phone app IMO's !!! !!! It doesn't work well, and it never has !!! ...Offer a local website, coupons, and some phone numbers. Reply to this review... and tell us what's up.

amazing food great app layout but when i haven’t been on the app in like 5 minutes it loses complete track of the order so i have to go through my email to track it and not on the app where it alerts me.

Imos web designers are garbage and should all be fired. Just wasted a half hr trying to claim my reward on the browser to only download the app where it wouldnt allow me to choose the correct store for delivery even tho they deliver here all the time. Calling worked but what a useless app.

I just lost 15 points (squares) because the app crashed while I was ordering. Never been so PO in my life over pizza!!!
