Instant "session expired, please login (4001)" error popup

Imperva security is excellent, we are using it for more than 4 years and it does the job very well. But the mobile app is far from ideal. First of all, if you implemented Face ID , why you request second factor? Moreover in mobile app it’s not possible to change anything, so second factor doesn’t provide any additional protection. And logon time is extremely long. On browser it’s instant, on mobile app it may reach 10 secs or more

Authentication failed. Unknown username or password (1002)

Functionality is limited. Not able to drill down into web apps.

I can log on via a browser no problem at “my.Imperva” however I cannot even get past the password screen. I do use MFA but it doesn’t get past the sign on screen. Useless :(

Can’t see or select sub accounts or sites. Can’t see traffic patterns. The only thing I can see is the Attack Analytics data, but you can’t drill into an event to see any detail.

No multi tenant access to sub accounts. Received an alert and app keeps crashing!
