This app has cost me 1,000’s of Euro’s every year. Avoid 💰💰💰

Tried getting into account and keeps rejecting me. Tried the alternate route/option and same thing. Seemed to work great when they send the bill but when I just try to get in it’s impossible.

It works if you have your Tax number - 13 digits You need to create a “space” (account) using the website and confirm email address and generate a password You can change language to English after the main page. It eliminates paper tax bills

It took a while to get the QR code scanned but it did work after a few attempts. Once it read the code, it was great. Just entered the FR code in box 1, left 2 empty and enter account name in box 3, then email address for confirmation, all went through successfully. Shame we didn’t try the first time round, we stupidly paid by snail mail and now have a £110 late payment fee....preserve with the app.

Même l’appareil photo ne comprends pas le barcode sur ma facture .... even the camera doesn’t recognise the bar code on my Avis d’Impôt 2020. French Gov’t want that extra 10% from us for paying late ...

Tried for a long time to fill the three boxes with the correct numbers/ letters but it didn’t work. But finally tried box 1 - FR number (all of it), box 2 - leave blank, box 3 - account holder name and it worked as confirmed by a follow up email.

Would be nice if it was translated to English

You need at least 3 long numbers to get this to work and so far, with several attempts behind me and several bits of paper in front of me, I’ve not succeeded in getting access to my account. So, if you want to know my address, send me an SMS and I’ll get back to you.
