The color wheel does NOT even show the correct color on the vanity, you set one color on the app and it’s the complete opposite color on the vanity. Super disappointed to pay so much money for this to not even work, I should have paid half the amount for this mirror if this is what i’m paying for… Fix your app, not even the schedule button works and kicks me out. wow.
i can’t get this to connect to my mirror whatsoever
Does not work, I keep trying to open the app but it shows the name of my mirror but there is nothing I can do after that. Should work for a mirror that is $380. Fix your app
I can’t get the music to sync or the alarm on this app. The light alarm doesn’t register my finger for the scheduling and the music doesn’t sync at all. Very unhappy with this app please fix it!
The app was a little buggy before the update but with the new update from 12.12.23 I can’t connect to the Bluetooth speakers from the mirror, and the in app music had never worked properly but now the speakers won’t connect
The mirror is great Bluetooth is fantastic but if your banking on the extras from this app , please know it’s not going to work, I’ve never even had the chance to select anything it immediately crashes.
Please fix the bug that crashes the app every time I tap on my mirror. It was working good but then there was a new update a few days ago and now I can’t change the colors on my mirror
It so sad but this app doesn’t work. When ever i press one of my items the app takes me away 😔
