The app isn’t great. Wish my doctor would use another app. Always having issues. Could use a lot of updates.

App always signs out
This app does not improve with updates. Why must I always have to sign in with my password? I’m going to suggest to my doctor to use a different medical app. Developer is it possible to borrow technology from other app Developers to keep this app signed in. This is the only app that signs me out after using it. Yes I click the box “keep me signed in” and it still signs me out. What about Face ID? Will this app ever get that feature like other apps have?
NOT USEABLE AT ALL🤬
I downloaded this today, read the reviews wasn’t quite sure that would be accurate well let me tell you it’s totally junk it does not even work very 1st try. Why do doctors that make millions refer you to an app that does not work that just pisses me off!!!
Worthless
I can’t even get past the log-in. Better off picking up the phone and calling my doctor.
App doesn’t work and crashes when selecting a tile
I am modifying my review after poking around a bit more. Apparently the app is only crashing when selecting the appointments tile. Otherwise the other tiles seem to work ok. Just installed the app on my iPhone today which is running the most current iOS. I can log into the app but the moment I go to select a tile for appointment as an example, the app crashes. ZERO STARS until they fix this. Also selecting app support takes you their website and seems to be focused on provider support and sign ups vs app user support. Pointless. And the provider I am at makes you use this pointless app.
App doesn't even open up
Even after having the most recent iOS version on an iPhone 13 Pro the app seems to bomb. First it is super slow. Then it doesn't open... The orange screen freezes before even I could see the login screen. After multiple restarts got it to start and then login was a challenge. It kept saying some error happened. Do some basic testing before releasing the app to the public! 🙄 Using it because the doctor's office forced me to.
Can’t login
I can login using my laptop at their website but cannot login with the app. Please fix!
Crashing
I can log in, but when I click on appointments the app crashes. It’s been this way for months.
Cannt access appointments
Everytime I tap “Appointments” the app crashes.
Horrible app
Will not let me log in and continues to tell me my password and user name are incorrect so I continue to change it and it immediately tells me the same thing that it’s incorrect. Such a frustrating experience and the system is crazy buggy
