Tried the app for the first time, because I am unable to physically go and pay the interest due to the ongoing pandemic. However, the transaction fails and my money is deducted from my bank. Unable to find more help either.

I have PL for 4 lac then top up later to another 4 LAC everything was good for one month my emi was as bounced , with in 5 days of bounce they started calling in very bad , abusive language .. felt never go to these companies for loan .. better sell properties or take loan from Bank .. NBFC harass unethical immorally even if you miss 1 EMI. Never take loan from THIS.

Whenever I logged in, it showing all loans availed on same date(login date) and if I open the loans account to see the details app closes automatically… please support me… app closing all time

I don’t know why every time right before paying loan amount the app started working weirdly and not letting me pay amount says unexpected login error and after the I do the manual payment or stopping the payment then it will start working like normal

After installing, when I try to login, it’s allowing and showing all details after a day or a week, when I try to login again giving unexpected exception. One work around is, uninstalling the app and install again. Worst maintenance not working well.
