Everytime I’m at the end of a survey mind you these take TIME to complete they want to say that I’m not right for the survey and kick me out AFTER I already did the whole thing. Thats the most annoying thing ever. Im done with this stupid app. They don’t tell you that there is a 15 dollar minimum to get a gift card till you are done with the app and just want to delete it but you can’t cause you want your money that you spent days trying to get. Never using again.

Used to love this app- speaking very highly of this program to friends and family - and have cashed out multiple times with little to no effort. I’d play games and have my money pending. When it wouldn’t pend, I’d wait the recommended number of days and then contact customer support. Now, my games don’t pend and when I put in my request- they will send an email telling me I’ve submitted my ticket wrong and close out my ticket without helping or responding to my email to tell me how to fix the issue. They have gone down hill and I’m not happy with them. I’m waiting on my last PayPal payment to hit my account (been pending since 7-16) and then canceling my account through them
I was doing my surveys and they restricted me from doing surveys
need fast cash decided to download this app. i got close to minimum pay out of $15 and then it keeps saying am not right for any surveys. i have been completely honest with my information and answers and now i can't even do one survey. i think its funny that it does this when i get to $13 dollars

These people are nothing but a bunch of scammers trying to get you to download other apps and get your data! You’ll constantly run into issues getting credit for offers, then they’ll take weeks to respond, give you the runaround, and then say sorry we can’t help you. Don’t waste your time! I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I’m reporting them to the BBB.
