Indeemo: Mobile Ethnography

The app is very simple and easy to navigate. It can be understood by many users, even if they are not so tech savvy. Quick to download and very accurate, I highly, highly recommend to individuals doing studies or projects as I did.

I used Indeemo for a study and it was very easy to upload videos and make comments as well as follow along on the required tasks.

The app is simple to navigate, allowing participants to submit their entries without a steep learning curve. Also, it supports various formats, including videos, photos, and text. With the real-time data upload feature, participants can quickly complete surveys or upload a new entry.

I most appreciated the ability to view the list of prompt questions while recording video. The upload process was smooth. Figuring out how to use it with minimal instructions was not difficult.

I downloaded and used this app for 2 weeks while participating in a focus group and it was really good

I actually enjoyed this app, it was easy to find the questions to answer and they weren’t that confusing. Very simple and easy to understand.

I liked everything about this app except that when using the task list, it wouldn’t remember where you were. So on a list of 50 items if I was on number 42 and you had to go out of the app and come back, the list would always jump back to number one again and I’d have to scroll all the way down to number 42 again. not really a problem just kind of aggravating.
