I have chieftain 2015 with a Bluetooth. I wish the app can connect to my bike and update the information (mileage, battery, TP, etc) automatically..please add sync feature to the app

The app was syncing with the bike but the support team was able to guide me to fix the issue. Apparently the new ride command update turn off the tracking option that is on the privacy settings on the bike display. I just turn it on and works perfectly.

After last update (for “bug fixes”) app won’t connect to app at all. The bike stats won’t update and the “tracks” is no longer saving rides. I hopes this recent update would fix the garbage apple play connection but it didn’t. It still discounts after 5 minutes every single time and now the added feature of no longer connecting to the bike at all! Do better.

I love the features and capability of this app when everything works correctly. When on the PC, Waypoints often disappear from view, the map resets its zoom level at the most inopportune times. The actual Bike screen often takes a very long time to load. The route has stopped displaying for periods of time. The routing algorithms often get confused and route me in circles when navigating city streets or hwy interchanges. If it weren’t for the ability to setup multiple waypoints, track weather live, and easily route to gas, food, hotels, I’d just use imaps, google or Wayz.

Love the fact that I can view and share my rides with others. Also it’s great for keeping tabs on my bike.

When you buy a new bike this works great during your 1yr trial of Ridecommand+, but once that expires this app stops syncing and is pretty much useless. Unfortunately the subscription features aren’t worth the cost so this just becomes another zombie app left on your phone until you remember to delete it.

This happens of zero value if you cannot login. I’ve used Chrome. I’ve used Safari. I’ve attempted to use duck duck. Nothing will log me in. Oops something went wrong is message I’ve seen dozens of times. I can log in via the url in all of these browsers not from the login/sign up button. Zero value.

This app has a lot of glitches. Path of travel will arbitrarily disappear when looking at tracked rides.

Motorcycle location is incorrect in app

The app is not good at all. Doesn’t give accurate info on tire pressures. Mapping is terrible compared to others. Indian, you can do better - You engineer great products, get someone great to make this app just as good.
