I rarely write reviews, but this app is straight up garbage. I do not understand whats the point of having an app if you’re not able to do literally nothing related to your policies!! So bad!

This app will tell you nothing about your insurance through INFB. This is only general member information. You can not find anything relating to any policies or your bills. Not worth it.

Zero stars nothing useful in this app at all

This app is sooo terrible. Unless you only want information about their upcoming events. I just simply want to make payments but it’s almost impossible to figure out how to do that through the app. I’m so frustrated trying to figure out how to make a bill payment. 0/10. One star is actually generous.

All it shows is your ID card and FB events. I want to see my vehicles, house, etc. That’s the point of the apps

I can’t update my pay method and I can never pay the bills. The app and online portal are useless if I can’t use them to pay.

This app is not user friendly at all for paying premiums or viewing insurance policies on line. It is such a hassle I am considering moving insurance to another company, even if premiums are higher, just for convenience.

Well if you want an app that is slow, use this one. Tried to open member benefits for oil change discount and they finished changing my oil and it still hadn’t loaded anything. …….thinking……. Waste of time. Use the website if you need something faster.
