Was offered a cancellation appointment at Warwick Hospital at quite short notice. No personal transport available but indieGo found there was a bus which would go there in time- ordinary buses couldn’t. Well done, thank you very much.

I tried to open the app this morning and am still waiting for it to load, half an hour later. A major flaw is that when the buses are running so late that the ride is no longer useful you can’t cancel the booking after the collection time has passed - which is exactly when you need to be able to cancel it

This app is not fit for people with sight loss, accessibility options on the phone don’t work with this app so any pop ups can not be read and voice over struggles with what the app is displaying This is taking a service away from people with sight loss who need and want to use the service
