This time, A Review
I tried this app the day I got it and posted a one star review because it was extremely unclear how to use the app, specifically how to gain points by working one of the routines. Below is the reply from developers: *** The 0% score you're seeing might be due to the way the app currently tracks progress, which takes into account the total time spent on training. Right now, you need to manually proceed to the next exercise by marking each one as complete. We really appreciate your feedback and suggestions. We always take our users' ideas into account, and we will definitely discuss your thoughts with our team for future improvements. *** Now I’m back and added a star to my rating because it is giving me a great workout. However I’m doing the full workouts and still getting 0% score. I follow the routines perfectly, pausing when I need to take a break and doing all of the sets and all of the repetitions. The counter on the bottom of the screen advances, making me think OK this time my workout is going to count for something in the app. But no, when I get to the end, the gentle marching, at the bottom of the screen there’s a button that says finish training. I marched in place for more than 60 seconds then touched the Finish Training button and a screen popped up that said are you sure you want to finish this workout and I did so I finished my workout and still got 0% score. In the developer reply I was advised to mark each exercise as complete. There is nowhere on the screen to do this, just the pause, advance, or back buttons. And at the end the Finish Training button that doesn’t seem to do anything. I would expect that some thing that cost that kind of money would at least have some instructions. Although the routines are getting my heart pumping, I was expecting more from an app with a pay wall. It’s my own fault for not selecting the 7 day free trial. A mini tour to start would be helpful, or maybe a page with written instructions. Maybe a tone to mark the end of an exercise? Forget about motivational, just show me where things are so I know how to “mark complete” and “finish training”. Also, there are a couple of exercises where the images are off center/not viewable. Just fyi
