after updating to ios 16 stopped logging into the account and showing the balance

Worst bank and app. Every time when I try to put any request it shows error. They should have to upgrade app just like ICICI OR learn from SBI

Not able to to use simultaneous accounts as before need to uninstall and install the app to switch accounts

One cannot log in to own account once you have logged in with the credit card. Wasted three hours with the customer care. They don’t know the glitch. Poor service, no wonder you don’t have good customer base. It will keep reducing.

What a third class app which is worst than the previous one nothing in going right everytime facing same response error error what this nonsense is going on if will have right then i will give u negative star worst app ever in history

App is not opening at all. Just getting the loading symbol.

I am trying to login to my new iphone from but everytime it says that unable to process tey again after same time and this is happening for last 7-8 months.. have reached out to customer care but they are unable to resolve this

Agr life me sabse bekar koi bank app he to wo indus ki he sala 25 deen se custmer care pr call kr raha hu par bas waiting me rehta h 30 se 40 min tak or fir apne aap call kat ho jata h kitne mail kr diye abhi tak kisine rply nhi kiya

Six months ago, I tried to check my statement, but the app showed “Unable to login, please try again.” I’m still facing the same issue. I even contacted customer care, and although they sent me the statement by email, they didn’t address the issue with the app at all.
