The app and website are impossible to use for actual account management. So, when I wanted to cancel my subscription, I had to contact customer service by email. I was told a year ago that my subscription was cancelled. Yet, I have been charged 3 times since then! I have sent multiple emails and I just keep getting met with the refund policy—even though they told me I already cancelled!! And when you click the delete account button, it just logs you out of the app, it doesn’t delete. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your time and money.
