The app and website are impossible to use for actual account management. So, when I wanted to cancel my subscription, I had to contact customer service by email. I was told a year ago that my subscription was cancelled. Yet, I have been charged 3 times since then! I have sent multiple emails and I just keep getting met with the refund policy—even though they told me I already cancelled!! And when you click the delete account button, it just logs you out of the app, it doesn’t delete. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your time and money.

Every time I log in a different person and information appears attached to my email.

It’s a fraudulent app that doesn’t work I signed up and tried to cancel and delete my account. It won’t do it. I have removed my payment method and it’s still charging me through Apple wallet even is spite of me changing my debit card number. Apple has be zero help. This is scam be aware.

Don’t get this app it’s fraud I’ve emailed and tried to cancel my subscription and no response they take your money and the app doesn’t work and no way to cancel This is a scam

I tried this app, I did not like it. It just wasn’t for me. I have been trying to cancel since June. Emailed, tried calling and contacting the chat. Still no cancellation. I have had to block the transaction from going through on my bank account. if someone knows how to cancel this subscription/ app, please let me know !!!!

App doesnt help set goals and you cant get in contact with anyone, deleting your account in the app doesnt work and no one answers to cancel your account. Avoid!

I have emailed several times over 2 months to cancel with no results. No response from the company.

Automatically took payment for subscription and the app did not provide a mechanism for cancellation.

I was charged for a purchase I never agreed to and I’ve emailed them MULTIPLE times for a refund and they disregard it and send me scripted email every single time and do not reply. It’s a scam and waste of money.

Unfortunately I was charged before the process was completed to setup my profile. The app will not recognize my email address and wants to charge again. I’ve tried contacting the company but the website comes up completely empty.
