There was an update in February or March and after that update I never received a voxbox (used to receive 1 a month) and also my Instagram followers number is incorrect, it shows ca. 600 while I have 3000. I messaged a support like two times and they’re telling me they’re working on this. No, they are not.

Already for a few months I can’t log in. But my internet is working well I’m so upset. I loved this app a lot

Everything was fine earlier, but now I can’t open the app, and on my new device I can’t even log in, but my data is ok, I know it for sure. The support team answered 10 days ago and now they are silent. Don’t know what to do, because my vox box is on the way.

I can enter on web site with my login and password but in the app it doesn’t work! Support team doesn’t answer me almost a week! Hope to make my voxbox campaign in time.

Doesn’t work. Can’t start the app. It turns off straight away.

App won’t allow me to go to the next screen after filling my email and password

I have been unable to log in or recover my password for more than a year. I have contacted the team but to no avail.

I’m literally a first time user and I can’t even sign up???

I was apart of this app for years, just redownloaded the app and now when I try log in, it won’t let me in, it just stops at the login part. Even the website boots me out!
