I was able to place my order online, but the instructions for pickup were wrong I think. Nothing was delivered to my gate. One star for the app for giving me an option to cancel the order, which I couldn’t find online, otherwise this whole thing feels fake.
It gets stuck once you enter the flight number No prices! Why would anyone shop dutie free without a price???

The app is pretty, but ultimately… useless. You can browse items without prices, and half the time, it doesn’t actually retain your flight information which is what I assume they use to send you your purchase. Also prone to sporadically freezing.
This is really poor business
Why have a sign to download your app in the terminal I am flying out of, only to ask me to vote to bring service to this location?!??
