I don’t like that I have to download anything I want to look at. Why can’t it just open so I can read it?

just stuck on the spinning loading icon. if it’s downloading something, it’s taking way too long

This program usually only works on a computer. When you try to do the modules it doesn’t show up. It’s frustrating.

Reasons for 1 Star Review: 1. The app almost never works, when I open it up it will have a loading sign and it will never load. I have used my data and multiple other reliable sources of internet to no avail. 2. It makes you download the content from the app instead of just letting you read it on it. If I downloaded the app, I should be able to read content without having to then download the content. What is the point of this app otherwise?

The definitions won’t pop up when I click on a term. I’m studying with the hr academy and when I click on the word they come up blank.please fix this.

Doesn’t load on my iPad. It just circles and circles! Driving me crazy

It takes me between 20 to 30 minutes to log into this app every time. It just says loading for a long time.

I can understand why a company would want to use this method to provide training docs and such but the interface is awful. You cannot “star” a document while in it. So every time you need to use it you have to remember the exact name and hope it pulls up in the search to find any notes you may have taken. The notes functionality is very limited. IT ABSOLUTELY KILLS BATTERY LIFE ON MOBILE. It constantly has to reconnect or is always forcing some type of connection wirelessly. Scrolling is the only way to view, even for documents designed as workbook pages.

I am enrolled in the H&R Block TAX Course and I have not been able to access the material for this class. It gives me an error message. I tried removing it off my IPad but it still doesn’t work. This App is the worst app I’ve used so far.
