I have been using this application for over one month. I began to feel changed myself in my mindset as I continue to innercise. Hi see certainly appreciated to John and the team who made of this application. I’m using this application in Korea when I don’t have a chance to live abroad, that is the other part of good thing for this applications.

Powerful mind and life changing meditation
Greetings, I’m 63, have suffered severe depression due to 13 years childhood trauma from neighbors, had a wonderful life family cars, Home, top secret clearance job building computer chips 15 years had multiple suicide attempts because I couldn’t get over the trauma at a treatment facility they offered to fix me with ECT after several treatments I didn’t remember recognize my daughters, family , job i was left worse , i remembered the trauma but no longer the faces , fell in severe addiction alcohol, drugs 20 years because of Jesus hitting rock bottom I beg God to deliver me from addiction I’m clean 16 + years don’t think about it , been in 7 major car accidents 4 me 3 with other people, need knee replacement, because of insurance have not had it , in constant pain have had several minor strokes , I ran a computer the size of a small car now challenges with phone, computer, calculator, GPS all not senior friendly but innercises are I love listening while I’m doing dishes, laundry waking up to and going to bed listening, I love John and all his programs, thank you, Have a beautiful blessed day 🌹😊🙏
Just recently downloaded the app but can not afford to pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee. So for now, thank you for whatever free innercises I am able to do.

Very disappointed
Huge thanks to John and the team for creating this amazing resource. I’m now beginning my journey of learning how to tame my subconscious mind. In just a few days of innercising, I have a greater awareness of the positive and negative beliefs that spontaneously occur in my mind throughout the day. I am now able to view them from a more neutral position and discard the ones that don’t serve me. I’m enthusiastic to continue my innercising journey and learning more about my inner workings.
