To keep the app going, a change to the free version and a price hike on the subscription has gone into effect. You cannot go to mental health meetings in the free version. You can socialize in a safe and mentally healthy atmosphere, (totally helpful!) but classes and meetings are strictly part of the paid version. I still think it is absolutely worth it. It is truly as helpful as professional therapy, at a fraction of the cost. I just wish they would post something right up front about it since there was a lot of media attention in the last year concerning it being free and now there is very little that is free. But It is the way of the world. They aren’t getting the financial backing they need and to stay afloat it had to be done. I hate it, but I blame a crappy mental health system. Until insurance and agencies start helping out, this is the reality we live in. Keep up the great work!!

I enjoy the check in meetings. The guardian people are always very friendly and helpful. It's been a good way to discuss some changes i have been dealing with and some new goals I am working towards. Looking forward to see the community grow as long as it stays as friendly as it is now

I'm someone who started therapy during the pandemic but have been really discouraged by the crazy price of online therapy. The other problem is these therapists are also generally just not very good. I keep cycling through them as they leave the platform. Innerworld is totally different and totally amazing. Here you’ll find group meetings with other people who are going through similar struggles led by trained lay-therapists, who are incredible. Think alcoholics anonymous, without the religious stuff and on a much broader array of topics. It’s also a fraction of what I used to pay for therapy, plus I now have a supportive online community and have learned so many new cognitive behavioral tools to improve my mental health. I love the progress I’ve made here. By the way it also works in VR!

I really wanted to thank all the guides and members for being supportive. I’ve only been using this for about 4 days (I came across it sort of by accident), but it’s exactly what I needed. While I’m at a healthy place in my life, this app, and the people in it, with the tools, allows me to keep my mental hygiene in check and stay that way. I love that it has proactive sessions and check ins. Having a safe place to be vulnerable and heard without judgement while processing difficult emotions is greatly needed in this world and for mental health 🥰 Kudos to you all and thank you!

This app has helped me more in the last 5 months then my mental health professionals have in years. I contribute it to great staff, the peer support/community, as well as the importance the developers put on constantly striving to evolve the platform.

This world allows me to express my feeling with a judgment free area. I’ve found like minded people and people that have helped me grow and become a more confident person in my personal and professional life. They have a wonderful system of keeping a safe space for all that are present. The guides and members are easy to talk with and listen to what you are saying. The tools for mental health have given me strength and clarity to get through some tough situations. I recommend this to my friends and coworkers frequently. I’m so thankful for the admin team that took the time to build the space for us and will always support us. They aren’t just in the background. They come in and interact with members to get our views and actually take them into consideration and I’ve seen them implement some suggestions. This is a great space for mental health at any level. I’m so grateful that I found them.

Just as I started to make friends and I was on there for about a month randomly, they banned me and deleted my account because someone wanted to be my friend and asked for my number lol f them they made me start to drink again lol

I’m a 55 year old woman who causes no problems and without any kind of warning they banned me because they said I had noise in the background and I was told to quiet down and didn’t. I typically don’t have the television on and I most definitely wasn’t tapping the microphone since I was walking my dog! No warning. And I for the life of me cannot believe this happened!

I tried recovering my username in meta verse and online. I’m a premium user!!!! Please fix your gaps and if this glitch isn’t resolved I want a refund! Angry user
